HAVANA, January 16. , (deceived January 16, at 1 p.m.) The Cuban revolution has entered another phase, as ' the revolutionary junta that is governing the country selected Senor Carlos ilevia (Secretary, of Agriculture) to assume the Presidency, replacing Professor Gran San Martin, who resigned, feeling unable to control the situation. The whole island is tense with expectation of 4 more political upheavals. It. is. understood that the Washington Government is sending more war vessels to Cuban waters as a precaution.
