NEW ADMINISTRATOR APPOINTED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. CANBERRA, December 15. (Received December 15, at 9 a.in.) With the concurrence of the British and New Zealand Governments Commander R. C. Garsia, of the Australian Navy, has been appointed Administrator of Nauru in succession to Mr W. A. Newman, whoso term of office expires at the end of the year.
