GERMANY TO PARTICIPATE ADJOURNED TO JANUARY. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. GENEVA, December 14. Mr Arthur Henderson, at a meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference, reported that Germany had agreed to return to the discussions on January 31. Mr Norman Davis, before departing for Paris, said that the five-Power talk had prepared the way for real progress. He will sail for New York on Thursday.
