The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald), who caught a cold while on the Continent, remained indoors today. His doctors, who paid regular periodical visits, this morning found his health otherwise good. He presided over this morning’s Cabinet meeting, and hopes to attend the House of Commons to-morrow for the debate on war debts.
