(Received December 14, at 11.25 a.m.) A man giving the name of Martin Kemerer, from Allentown (Pennsylvania), stood up in the gallery of the House of Representatives on Tuesday. Covering the floor with a revolver he waved the gun toward members. Representatives looked up startled. Some headed for the cloakrooms. “ I want the floor for a few minutes,” the man shouted.
