GORBULOFF'S FOUR WIVES PARIS, May 20. Investigations at Prague disclose tho fact that Gorbuloff, the assassin of President Doumer, had four brides. In 1920 Gorbuloff married Marie Pogoriev, a Russian girl eighteen years of age, who returned to her parents within a month of the wedding and subsequently married the head doctor of Pezink Asylum. Emilie Nahasil, a Prague hairdresser’s daughter, married Gorbuloff in 1922, before Iris first marriage was dissolved. She still complains that; he beat her, and says he boasted that he was the son of a girl who took the veil after being betrayed by an officer of the Russian Imperial Guard. Then be married, in 1929, Madame Stepkova (23), a dressmaker, and then lived at Pchcrvo for four years. She alleges that bo fled the country to avoid retribution for illegal practices, taking with him a large sum of her money. Finally he married Marie Geng, a Swiss woman, before he was legally divorced from Madame Stepkova.
