Small Prunes contain twice as many pits and twice as many skins per pound as large Prunes —and no one could claim tliat Prune pits and skins are a satisfactory substitute for Prune meat. Remember ..this the next time you are tempted to buy small wizened prunes at an apparently cheap price.
