BREACH OF PROMISE ALLEGED ITALIAN WAITRESS ISSUES WRIT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, April 14. (Received April 15, at 12.30 p.m.) A writ for breach of promise has been served on the boxer, Primo Camera, on behalf of Emilia Tersini, an Italian waitress in a Soho restaurant, who has lived in London for some years. The engagement was announced from Rome at the end of 1930.
