(Received February 26, at 2 p.m.) “ On the turf and under it all men are equal ” is an inscription on a wreath from a well-known coloured racing tipster, Prince Rass, of Honolulu, at Mr Edgar Wallace’s funeral at Little Marlow Cemetery, Buckinghamshire, which is within sight of his country home. The turf, the stage, literature, and journalism were well represented at the funeral.
