ARGENTINE STUDENTS
PRINCE OF WALES SCHOLARSHIP STUDY AT OXFORD. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY. January 20. The Prince of Wales, who dined with the Argentine Chamber of Commerce in London last night, announced the institution of Prince of Wales scholarships to enable Argentine students to study at Oxford University. The arrangements made, he said, would provide for two students from Buenos Aires University to com© to Oxford for two years and receive the same tioat* ment and welcome that weie given to Rhodes scholars from the British dominions. The Prince, who delivered part of his speech in fluent Spanish, emphasised the value of cultural as well as commercial relations between Britain and Argentina.
