REARRANGEMENT PROCEEDING Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ' OTTAWA, December 17. It was officially announced to-day that the trade treaty between Canada and France will terminate on Juno 16, 1932. In the meantime Canada is prepared to enter into negotiations for a new treaty. Preferences extended to several ;other*eountries, and based on the French treaty will also terminate on that date. \
