CAPE TOWN, November 13. (Received November 14, at 10.4 a.m.) The steamer Riefontcin was towed to Durban to-day with her propeller snapped off Luckily a strong wind countered the currents. Her sister ship, the Nykerk, which picked her np, avoided disaster to the llicfontein by half an hour.—Australian Press Association.
