(Received November 14, at 11.19 a.m.Lord Cushendun, the Acting Foreign Secretary, is in bed with a _ feverish cold. His condition is not serious, but ho will be unable to fulfil his engagements for some days. In consequence, Lord Parmoor, the Labour Party peer, who was to have spoken in the House of Lords to-day on the foreign policy, has postponed'his motion.
