CHURCH MISSIONS
The special mission services were continued in Knox Church last evening. There was a good attendance, including a number of members of the Mothers’ Club. The Rev. Tulloch Yuille preached on the text ‘ Remember Lot’s Wife,’ and showed how resolute self-surrender to God is the cardinal Christian virtue. He exhorted his hearers to take the decisive step and surrender whole-heartedly to God and His service. After the address the opportunity was given, and availed of by a number, to sign cards indicating their desire to surrender thenlives to God. Tho meeting closed with the reverent devotional singing of tho hymn, ‘ Just As I am.’ Tho mission in Knox Church will continue in-night and to-morrow night. The special mission services were continued in the Slado Hall last evening, when there was a large attendance. The Rev. H. E. Bellhousc conducted the service, and preached from Ephesians, chapter iii., verso 1/ : “ That Christ may dwell in your hearts.” Mission hymns were sung heartily, and the service was fruitful of good to all present. These united services, comprising the Central Mission and Trinity Methodist Churches, will be continued each evening next week in Trinity Church
