ECONOMIC DISORDERS
MISMANAGEMENT CHARGE DISMISSAL OF OFFICIALS. LONDON, April 3. The Riga correspondent of ‘ The Times’ states that it is announced from Moscow that serious economic disorders have occurred at. Duicrpropetrovsk (formerly Ekaterinoslav) and Zaporozhie (formerly Aloxanderovsk), involving the mismanagement of foreign machines. The offences arc similar to the Donelz incidents. The management of the Dnierpropetrovsk works made a doctor director of the timber department. Arrests followed. The Soviet dissolved the local Communist Bureau at Donetz, and dismissed nine officials for incompetence.
