A FRENCH DISCOVERY Press Association —By Telegraph Copyright PARIS, January 26. The police have unearthed a veritable forgers’ den in a lonely villa at Vitrv-Sur-Seine. The master forger, Andre Vila, tied, but his description has been circulated throughout the country’, and his arrest is ouiy a matter of time. Andre took elaborate precautions to hide his identity, and built up three different personalities by means of false papers. Among the discoveries made in the den were fifty forged Bank of England £5 notes, a great number of French 50f and American and Venezuelan notes, together with acids, dyes, and engraving tools; The raid was a sequel to the arrest of two men in Rheinis in the act of changing false notes.
