EX-KAISER’S BIRTHDAY. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, January 26. A message from Doom says that the ex-Crown Prince of Germany has arrived at Doom in connection with the ex-Kaiser’s sixty-ninth birthday. Significance is attached to the occasion in view of the meeting in Berlin of monarchists on Monday, when a message was rend from the cx-Kaiser expressing the hope that the wrong done him on November 9, 1918, will some day be made good, and a speech was made by Prince Oscar in which he said there were grave times ahead.
