RECORD PRISES FOR BROOD MARES

The dispersal sale of the well-known Kin loch stud at Little River, Canterbury, was held yesterday, and attracted a large gathering of breeders and racing men, including visitors from Australia and the North Island. Record prices for brood mares were made by two English mares, purchased by the late Mr' Buchanan whilst in England four years ago.
