I NICARAGUAN REVOLT LIBERAL AGENT’S ALLEGATIONS. Tress Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, April 12. Dr Yaca (agent for the Nicaraguan Liberals) has issued a statement charging American marines with conscripting men of all classes and ages in Nicaragua for service with President Diaz’s army. He states that they are actively engaged in military operations short of actual duty in the firing lino. Nicaraguan citizens are seized By Admiral Latimer’s forces and are promptly equipped and transported in lorries to the front, together with war material. American army aeroplanes are constantly doing scouting work for the Diaz army, locating tho Liberal forces and _ appraising their numbers and determining their movements. The statement declares that this object lesson in humanity is likely long to live in the memory of the Central American people.
