The ‘ Daily News’s ’ Belgrade correspondent telegraphs from Scutari that the Albanian Government has ordered the mobilisation of all troops under thirty-six years of age.
Troops, particularly artillery, commanded by Italian officers, are arriving daily, and the Italians are supervising the erection of frontier fortifications. —Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
