There was a good selection, of which the fine kinds met with good competition, with prices favoring sellers, but medium and inferior sorts wore rather irregular. Among medium scoured merinos the withdrawals were frequent.—A. and N.Z. Cable. Later. Wheat cargoes are quiet and lower on the bearish view of the Washington Bureau report: Sveajarl, 53s Cd; Luciston, 62s 9d. Parcels are in small request and are weaker: ex Ulysses, 545; ex Hobson’s Bay, 52s 7Jcl; ex Port Campbell, 52s 6ii.
