ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
SHOULDER INJURY. George if. Griffiths, sixty-two years old, who is employed by the_ Fletcher Construction Company and lives at 6 lona street, Mornington, sustained a dislocated shoulder yesterday, through being caught in the hoist of a concrete mixer while working at the Karitano Hospital. The man is progressing satisfactorily in the hospital. EXPLOSION VICTIM IMPROVING. Airs D. Smith, of 235 George street, who was taken to the hospital yesterday suffering from a severe scalp wound, is reported by the hospital authoritics to have improved slightly.’
