ST. KILDA AND AMALGAMATION.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l would be much obliged if you would kindly publish answers to the three following questions:— 1. If St, Kilda is amalgamated with the "city, will tho properties in the borough bo revalued? 2 How much in the £ on tho annual value is at present paid by the city ratepayers? , , „ T. In the city is tho annual value 6 per" cent, of tlio capital value? The ratepayers of St. Kilda have the capital values of their properties shown on their valuation papers.
