Spahlinger to come to Australia to establish a vaccine laboratory, said that he could hold out no hope on the evidence now available to the Commonwealth Government, or to any other Government, that one penny would be subscribed to help AI. There was no bacteriologist, clinician, or physician of any repute who would give evidence in favor of the treatment, support it, or say that so far any evidence had been produced that the treatment had been of any value whatever. •
The Minister thought it impossible for AI. Spahlinger to come to Australia, for ho must pursue bis studies where his laboratory was situated.
