THE SHARE MARKET
DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. The market this morning seemed more or loss depressed, as no sales were reported, and only two sales took place on ’Change. These were in the stock which has come in for so much attention lately—namely, Dominion Rubbers. The two sales recorded wore at 50s. The market closed at 49s 6d for a buyer and 50s for a seller. . Bank of New Zealand could not attract a buyer, nor National Banks a seller. P. and O.s are wanted at £260, and Union Steams at 19s 9d, but without result in either stock. No buyers were present in any of the coal shares, while sellers remained practically the same as yesterday. Express Co. (ord.) have firmed of late to 22s 9d buyers, with no seller on the market. Brewery shares and debentures remain the same. Kawaraus are wanted at 14s, but no seller came forward. Molyneux Electrics are now listed, and buyers are offering a premium of 6d, but sellers refuse to quit.
