PAPERS TO BJ.A. DR DYE INTERVIEWED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 23. (Received July 24, at 1.55 a.in.) The British Medical Association’s Conference at Bath is in camera. Dr Gye and Mr Barnard contributed papers on their cancer discoveries.
Interviewed, Dr Gye said “We are seeking a prophylactic to make man and animals self-protected against cancer, and wo shall have to consider the claim of vaccination in the search for immunity. Referring to the numbers of people volunteering themselves for experiment, Dr Gye pointed out that experimenters always first try human experiments on themselves, then on their laboratory assistants, and then on their colleagues. Wo never appeal to the public in any case which has not previously been tested by human expeiiu.cnts.” —A. and N.Z. Cable.
