(Received July 22, at 10.15 a.m.) Tho Federal Treasurer (Dr Earle Page) announces the terms tor the conversion of the 4lj per cent, war loans, which fall duo in December. The rate of interest is to be ol per cent. The loans will be issued at par for periods of six, eleven, or sixteen years at tho subscriber’s option. Though now money will be accepted, tho Alinistor is sanguine that most of the present holders will convert their stock or bonds into the now loan. The. toial amount of maturing loans to be covered is £67,000,000/
