CASTAWAYS RESCUED

JELLYFISH AS FOOD,
VANCOUVER, November 24. Tho rescue of the castaways from the schooners A gram and Onyx, which have been missing off tho Alaska coast since October 1, involves a thrilling story. A tidal wave carried the vessels a mile inland on Kodiak Island, where the crews subsisted on porcupines and jellyfish till yesterday. The Jngo-Slavian schooner radioed and found the men alive, but slowly starving. They are returning after suffering incredible hardships.
