LONDON, November 27. The Empire Exhibition has fixed tho hours'for opening the Exhibition at from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is still discussion as to whether the Exhibition will open on Sundays. Tho contractors, having completed the palaces of industry. and engineering, are hurrying forward other buildings. The industrial and engineering exhibitors are already fixing the foundations for their own exhibits.
