PARTY DOSSES AND GAINS. Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Press Association, SYDNEY, December 27. (Received December 27, at 8.55 a.m.) Though the final results of the voting for tho House of Representatives will not be known for a few days, and allowing for one seat whore the issue is still uncertain, the gains and losses may now be allotted with a fair amount of certainty. The Nationalists gained from the Country Party one seat in each of tho States of Now South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania, and one from Labor in New South Wales. Tho Nationalists lost two seats to Labor in New South Wales, two in South Australia, and one each in Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania. Tho Nationalists also lost two seats to the Country Party in New (South Wales, two in Tasmania, and one in Victoria. . The Liberals secured ono seat in Tasmania at the expense of the Nationalists. Labor made all its gains from the Nationalists. SYDNEY, December 27. (Received December 27, at 11.25 a.m.) The Nationalist Party gained tho Macquarie, which was previously credited to Labor. The position otherwise is unchanged. Finality in the Senate results is expected next week.
