PRINCE AT KYOTO.

TOKIO, May 1. (Received (May 2, at 12.30 p.m.) Tho Prince of Wales had l another day of wonderful sight-seeing in glorious weather. Ho viewed tho famous temples around Kyoto, and then boated dowry the Hozugawa River, shooting frequent boiling rapids. Tho eight-mile journey to Saga was through a deep gorge. The people from far and pear gathered along tho banks, which in some places were high, precipitous irocks, and gave H.R.H. a continuous reception. In the evening the Prince dined 1 with the Mayor of Kyoto, and witnessed a picturesque cherry dance by some of the daintiest singers in Japan. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
