ST. HILDA CLUB. The fiftieth annual meeting of tho St. Kikla Harrier and Amateur Athletic Club was hold on Monday evening, Mr J. Henderson presiding. In moving the adoption of tlic animal report and balance-sheet, Mr Bissland congratulated tho members on the success of last season. The report was adopted. Tho Chairman then rend a circular addresed to all members of affiliated clubs, warning them against forfeiting their amateur status by an infringement of the rules set down by tho centre. Throe now members were elected. The following officers were elected— Patron, tho Rev. B. Metson; president, Mr E. A. Rosevear; vice-presidents— Messrs J. Dove, E. Aslin, G. Kirk. W. Colo, J. Winton, and A. Marshall; starter, Mr S. Thomas, handicapper, Mr A. W. Mercer; judges—Messrs A. Macdonald, A. Marshall, J. Henderson; tim'ekeoper, Mr W, B. Kernohan; captain, Mr E. Newell; deputy-captain, Mr G. M'Crono; secretary, Mr A. Marshall ; treasurer, Mr W. Bissland; reporting secretary, Mr C. Stubley ; delegates to Otago Centre, Messrs W. B. Kernohan and A. Mercer ; committee— Messrs J. Boardman, S. Hitchcox, S. Gibbs, A. Macdonald, and J. Beck; auditor, Mr T. W. Hemer.
