INFANTICIDE CHARGED
GIRL SENT FOR TRIAL.

CHRISTCHURCH, July 22.
In the Magistrate’s Court Hilda Louisa Burgees, aged sixteen, was charged with the murder of her newly-born child, and was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £2OO each. Accused was ordered to remain in the Salvation Army Homo till her trial.
