CONDITIONAL LICENSES
[Per United Peess Association.] CKRIBTOHURCH, June 1. The Magistrate (Mr S. E. M'Carthv), in a reserved judgment, held that the premises or place where the conditional licensee is authorised to sell liquor at an occasional garnering are ".licensed premises" within the meaning of _ the Licensing Act. The case arose out of a prohibited person being found on a licensed booth at Addingtoii trotting ground, and the police asked the Magistrate for a ruling.
