[Special to the ' Star.'] OHRISTCHURCH, August 26. xi. O'Donnell, in charge of Almoner and Kihnoon, leaves for Sydney this week. The disqualification of A. Hall by the Manawatu Racing Club for five years on account of Ibex's running at their annual meeting has been endorsed by the Wanganni District Committee. As the disqualification is retrospective, it takes in Ibex and Turangepito, so that they become automatically disqualified also, being Hall's property at tho time of disqualification.
