Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 13. (Received November 19. at 12.15 p.m.) The tug Mana. was picked up in the Channel. The captain blames the crew for abandoning him. He says that the crew were employed in clearing the steering gear, a.nd he realised that he was alone only when the boat was 200vds astern. He sighted three steamers, but his signals were not seen, or else unheeded. He was sleepless for three, days and nights, also without water. He had only nine biscuits to eat.
