THE PROGRESS OF ULSTER’S REVOLT. * Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, October 6. Sir E. Carson and Mr F. E. Smith, M.P.s, have completed their campaign in Ulster, and returned to London. Mr Joseph Devlin, M.P., addressing 8,000 Armagh Nationalists, said that ho was not prepared to exclude Ulster from the Home Rule Bill. A permanent mail message-carrying service lias been established in Ulster. Youths under 18 who are enrolling are being taught all descriptions of signalling.
