Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 3. (Received August 4, at 2.20 p.m.) Sir E. H. Carson, K.C., M.P., has directed attention to a speech by Mr Redmond, jun., published in the New Zealand papers of June 5, in which ho ehowe that Mr Asquith had received guarantees at least two months before the fact was communicated to Parliament. Sir E. BL Carson comments on the disgraceful use made of the fact that the King had acted on Mr Aeqtrith's advice for tho purpose of collection money.
