THE ARCHBISHOP'S APPEAL. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 51. The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Bishop of London, and other public, men have issued an appeal for subscriptions in aid of 25,000 starving Albanians, including 10,000 refugee? now at Montenegro. It is stated that nearly the whole Christian population of Northern Albania will require assistance for the winter. Owing to the rising the crops were not sown, and the ilocks have either died of foot-and-mouth disease or been eaten.
