A clerk named Schottek, who was dismissed for drunkenness, in revenge fired some timber at the Northern Kailvrny station, causing a huge eonna-gration. Six hundred tiromen. 5.000 police, and 2.000 i-iilwaymen fought the Haines for 18 hours, and saved a warehouse, containing 2,000 tons of benzine. Timber to the value of £50,000 was destroyed. Nchottck has been arrested.
