(Received November 2, at 9.5 a.m.) The New South Wales Alliance have drawn up a new platform, the chief planks in wliich are State Option, the elimination of the Reduction clause, a clear-cut issue between License and No-license, and the early closing of hotels, especially on Saturdays.
