N.S. WALES SECOND BALLOTS
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 1. The results of the second ballot elections are as followsr—Mr Brown (Liberal) retained the Durham seat, his majority being 63 votes, and Mr Morton (Independent) carried the Hastings-Macleay seat by a good margin. Mr Davidson, the late member, was a eirong Wadeite.
