In the course of a speech at "Walthamstow, Lord Charles Beresford said it was ridiculous nonsense to say that German shipbuilding had been delayed through the British keeping secret what a German official bad told him about one year ago. The London newspapers insist that Germany has adopted 14 in guns. Ele wick’s works are placing 14.5 in guns on the Brazilian super-Dreadnought, which has been named the Rio de Janeiro.
