ITS MINERAL WEALTH. [Pee United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 2. Air R. C. MacPhersou, of Dunedin, who in company with Mr Hurst, explorer and geologist, recently discovered a largo copper and silver lode in Now Guinea, which has been floated into a company, arrived from Sydney to-day on a flying visit connected with some gold-dredging concessions he has obtained in the same country. He is very enthusiastic about the future of this territory, and says there will shortly be some startling developments in tho mining world over it.
