EXCISED FROAI THE FACTORIES BH.L. [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, November 2. Mr Arnold, chairman of (ho Labor Bills Committee, this afternoon brought down tho report on the Factories Amendment Bill. The only alteration made -by the Committee is the sinking out of clause 4, providing for the branding of certain manufactures made in New Zealand. It is understood that next year extensive proposals dealing with this subject will bo brought down, and the Committee will lake voluminous evidence.
