SOUTH AUSTRALUN PROPOSALS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ADELAIDE, October 24. (Received October 24, at 10.25 a.m.) The Treasurer has introduced his Income Tax proposals. These provide for raising the exemption to incomes of £2OO, and when the income reaches £BOO the exemption disappears.
