RUGBY. [By Referee.] The Dunedin Club have, slightly changed their uniform since last season, having adopted a gold band for the "tops of their stockings, with the object of giving variety to the dark blue. The change is an improvement. Reid, a player from Milton, has joined the Dunedin Club. He showed considerable promise, [laying on the wing auainst Svdenham. Matson, at centre three-quarter, was one 01 the most useful hacks on the ground in this match. Tlie A.hambra added another win to their long list of victories against Merivale. Only two more Saturdays can be devoted* to practice matches, as the club games commence on the 2ord inst.
