THE DEATH PENALTY. Pre»» Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, May 21. David Hanna, a draper at Paddington, has been Sentenced to death for the murder of his wife. On March 15 Hanna shot his wife in the abdomen and himself in the head, she dying a day or two afterwards. The tragedy marked the termination of a long period of domestic infelicity. The wife had been compelled to hummon Hanna for maintenance.
