LONDON, February 6. (Received February 7, at 9.41 a.m.) It is reported at Peshawar fliat HabibnDah, the Ameer of Afghanistan, is com pletely under the influence of Hadda Mullah, who did all iij his power to embroil Afghanistan with us in 1897. Hadda is now fomenting a fanatical spirit of unrest.
