PRAISE FROM SIR HUBERT.
(Teh Pkess Association.] PARIS, June 7. (Received June 8,1893, at noon.) ' Figaro,' after making special inquiries as to the position of aiiairs in Egypt, admits the benefits conferred by the British administration from every point of view. Their special commissioner adds that the cry of " Egypt for the Egyptians " is a Utopian one. The British have exercised neither tyranny nor oppression.
